Norsk Lokalradioforbund samler hvert år lokalradiobransjen til landets viktigste faglige møteplass for lokalradio. Her møtes eiere, ledere, redaktører, tekniske beslutningstakere, innholdsansvarlige og andre nøkkelpersoner fra radiostasjoner over hele Norge.
Norsk Lokalradioforbunds landskonferanse 2027 arrangeres 4.–6. mars 2027 på Clarion Hotel Air i Stavanger. Konferansen kombinerer faglig program, erfaringsutveksling, nettverksbygging og en aktiv utstilling. The Norwegian Local Radio Association brings together the local radio industry each year for Norway’s most important professional meeting place for local radio. Owners, managers, editors, technical decision-makers, content managers and other key people from radio stations across Norway come together here.
Norsk Lokalradioforbunds landskonferanse 2027 will be held on March 4–6, 2027 at Clarion Hotel Air in Stavanger.
The conference combines a professional programme, exchange of experience, networking and an active exhibition area. Sponsordeltakelse og måltider Reise og overnatting er ikke inkludert i sponsorpakken. Det tilkommer en rabattert registreringsavgift på kr 2 950,- per sponsordeltaker, eks. mva. Avgiften inkluderer adgang til fagkonferansen, lunsj samt kaffe og pauseservering alle konferansedager. Fellesmiddag torsdag og fredag samt festmiddag lørdag er ikke inkludert, men kan bestilles som tillegg ved registrering. Norsk Lokalradioforbund har fremforhandlet gunstige hotellpriser og kan bistå med bestilling av overnatting.
Utstilling og utstillerområde Utstillerområdet ligger sentralt i tilknytning til konferansesalene og områdene for pauser og mingling. Standard oppsett på hver standplass består av:
Standplassene er åpne og deles ikke inn med messevegger. Det vil også være ekstra bord og stoler tilgjengelig ved behov. Vi anbefaler at utstillere tar med skjøteledning eller grenuttak. Rigging kan starte onsdag kveld. Standplassene har ikke faste plasseringer og fordeles etter førstemann til mølla-prinsippet. Vi anbefaler derfor å rigge ferdig i god tid før konferansen åpner.
Annonse i konferansemagasinet Utstillere og sponsorer kan markedsføre produkter, tjenester eller spesialtilbud gjennom annonse i konferansemagasinet. Magasinet deles ut til alle konferansedeltakere og distribueres i tillegg digitalt til medlemmer som ikke deltar på konferansen. Ferdig annonsemateriell leveres i høyoppløselig format, fortrinnsvis PDF.
Sponsor participation and meals Travel and accommodation are not included in the sponsorship package. A discounted registration fee of NOK 2,950 per sponsor representative, excluding VAT, applies. The fee includes access to the professional conference programme, lunch, coffee and refreshments on all conference days.
The group dinners on Thursday and Friday, as well as the gala dinner on Saturday, are not included, but can be booked as optional extras during registration. The Norwegian Local Radio Association has negotiated favourable hotel rates and can assist with accommodation bookings.
Exhibition and exhibitor area The exhibitor area is centrally located close to the conference rooms and the areas used for breaks and networking.

The exhibition spaces are open-plan and are not separated by partition walls. Additional tables and chairs will also be available if required. We recommend that exhibitors bring an extension lead or power strip.
Set-up can begin on Wednesday evening. Exhibition spaces are not pre-assigned and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We therefore recommend completing set-up well before the conference opens.
Advertisement in the Conference Magazine Exhibitors and sponsors can promote products, services or special offers through an advertisement in the conference magazine. The magazine is distributed to all conference participants and is also made available digitally to members who are not attending the conference. Final advertising material should be supplied in high-resolution format, preferably as a PDF.
